Who We Are

Depowise was founded in 2021 in Estonia with a clear purpose: to protect investors by rethinking how oversight and asset safekeeping should work in the modern age.

We’re building powerful, intelligent tools that help depositaries / trustees, management companies, fund administrators, and transfer agents automate their operations, ensure compliance, and scale with confidence.

We began in Europe—home to some of the world’s most rigorous regulatory environments—but the demand for smarter, tech-driven oversight is global. As financial markets become more complex and interconnected, our mission is to support institutions globally in safeguarding what matters most.

In a world where trust and transparency are non-negotiable, we’re the quiet force making sure it all runs right—behind the scenes, but at the heart of it all.

Who We're Looking For

If you are proactive, experienced, yet still ambitious and ready to thrive in a fast-growing company, this role is for you! It offers a unique blend of operational, legal, and strategic tasks, with a focus on supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and driving HR initiatives in Estonia as well as other key locations where Depowise has a presence, including Luxembourg, London, Frankfurt, and Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Manage HR information systems and databases, prepare and maintain employment contracts and work-related documents.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Employee Well-being and Engagement: Foster employee satisfaction and motivation, promote teamwork, and strengthen company culture.
  • Employee Development and Training: Plan and coordinate training programs, track employee growth, and provide support.
  • Benefits and Compensation Management: Develop and oversee benefits and compensation systems, advising both employees and managers.
  • HR Policies and Process Development: Design and implement HR strategies and policies in line with company needs and legal requirements.
  • Workplace Environment: Manage office operations based on business needs, ensuring a functional and efficient workplace.
  • Occupational Health and Safety: Develop guidelines and conduct training sessions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and strong computer skills.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
  • International experience is a strong plus.

What You’ll Get

  • Shape the Future of Global FinTech: Be part of building something truly exceptional in the FinTech space.
  • Join a Culture of Openness and Inclusion: Experience a transparent, inclusive workplace where every voice is heard. The only locked doors in our office are the ones to the restrooms.
  • Be Valued and Supported: Your well-being matters. We're currently moving into a state-of-the-art office in Arter—Tallinn’s newest and most modern business district—to offer more than just a workplace: a space designed to help you thrive, with panoramic city and sea views and easy access to a gym and pool, putting you at the heart of the action.
  • Enjoy Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of health, family, and personal time, which is why we have additional paid leave for important family events, and special benefits for mothers and fathers on designated days.
  • Competitive Compensation: A gross monthly salary range of €2500–€3500, based on your experience and qualifications.
