Job Title: Information Security Analyst

Location: Remote. Estonia ONLY.

Employment Type: Salaried Full-Time.

Salary: 3,000 EURO - 4,500 EURO per month (depending on experience)

Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst to help protect our network and systems from cyber threats. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our security infrastructure, responding to potential threats, and ensuring our team follows best practices to stay secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain security systems and tools
  • Document our security infrastructure and updates
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners
  • Ensure system backups are completed and working
  • Plan and apply security measures to protect data and systems
  • Stay updated on software patches and security threats
  • Lead end-user security awareness training
  • Monitor alerts and generate reports to confirm best practices
  • Conduct regular audits and test existing security measures
  • Track and respond to vulnerabilities and incidents
  • Support broader security and compliance efforts
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Own and manage the Incident Response Plan
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding and software provisioning for staff

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field
  • Industry certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a big plus
  • 5+ years of experience in security operations
  • Professional English working proficiency or better
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with security assessments and risk analysis
  • Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when reporting to leadership
