Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring your team’s growth, well-being, and success while achieving business goals and maintaining client satisfaction;
- Managing the team’s budget;
- Building and strengthening relationships with your team’s clients and key accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
- Supporting sales and participating in the preparation of proposals.
Apply if you:
- Have at least a few years of experience in team leadership or project team management (starting from 4 members);
- Have experience working with private sector clients;
- Have an understanding of project management principles, timelines, and people management;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Are fluent in English;
- Are willing to travel for work as needed and work from our Tallinn office on a hybrid basis
You get bonus points for:
- Experience leading development projects in German;
- Managing IT projects with a scope of at least 500 hours;
- Experience with both agile and fixed-price projects.
