Team Lead / Project Manager

We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to balance leadership, team development, and project management with a structured approach to achieving long-term goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring your team’s growth, well-being, and success while achieving business goals and maintaining client satisfaction;
• Managing the team’s budget;
• Building and strengthening relationships with your team’s clients and key accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
• Supporting sales and participating in the preparation of proposals.

Apply if you:

• Have at least a few years of experience in team leadership or project team management (starting from 4 members);
• Have experience working with private sector clients;
• Have an understanding of project management principles, timelines, and people management;
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Are fluent in English;
• Are willing to travel for work as needed and work from our Tallinn office on a hybrid basis

You get bonus points for:

• Experience leading development projects in German;
• Managing IT projects with a scope of at least 500 hours;
• Experience with both agile and fixed-price projects.
