gn teams:
Within MTech, the product designer participates in defining the strategy and understanding the problem, taking into account business expectations and thus ensuring its execution. A PD in MTech is focused on the user, capable of working in small iterations, highly focused on research (functional). On the other hand, they use the design thinking methodology. They need to be in continuous contact with the product and frontend (as they build user interaction) but also with the process side, as they must understand what is happening in the hive or in the store and what problems

Ability to ideate, prototype, and test concepts on

any platform.
Fluency in applying user research methodologies and knowing how to apply

good practices.
Familiarity when working with agile methodologies in continuous delive

ry environments.
Communication skills to transmit concepts and promote their

potential impact.
Know how to work in a team with humility, receive feedback and give

it constructively.
Ability to adapt design methodologies and processes to different circumstance
