Could you be the ML Engineer that we are looking for?

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s AI Data Models.

We will look to you to:

  • Design and develop data science pipelines from data ingestion, processing, and visualization, to model building, evaluation, and finally deployment.
  • Utilize popular data science libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow, openCV, etc.
  • Implement data indexation and vector database solutions using libraries such as langchain or azure search to enable efficient querying and retrieval of large datasets.
  • Develop and deploy chatbots and conversational AI systems using natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, langchain, huggingface(transformers), AzureOpenAI APIs, LLM evaluation librairies (ragas, etc.), etc.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
  • Design and implement data quality and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards using libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or using tools like PowerBI, etc. to communicate insights and trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, software engineering, and product management, to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data science, machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or software engineering, with a focus on data science.
  • strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of LLM (Large Language Model) and NLP concepts, and experience with developing NLP-based applications: RAG pipeline architecture and data indexation/vector database solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data science platforms such as Azure Machine Learning, Dataiku, etc.
  • Understanding of data quality and governance principles, and experience with implementing data quality frameworks.
