Conference Program Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Conference Program Manager to contribute to the organization of events such as LOGIN, EBIT, HR Week, and others in Lithuania and Latvia. If you have strong organizational skills, are interested in current trends, and want to create inspiring and meaningful events, we invite you to join our team! Delfi, JSC is based in Lithuania, however, all employment-related taxes will be paid in Latvia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of conference programs and ensure smooth execution of all processes.
• Communicate with speakers, industry experts, and business representatives to ensure top-quality content.
• Identify and select local and international speakers that align with the conference’s concept and requirements.
• Analyze conference results, gather feedback, and provide suggestions for content improvement.
• Manage speaker databases and other internal documentation.
• Collaborate closely with event management, sales, and communication teams to achieve common goals.
• Be involved in partnerships and contribute to the technical improvement of event.
• The main market for this role will be Latvia.

What We Expect from You:

• Project management skills - the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially when it comes to politely but firmly telling a very confident speaker that their topic is not a good fit.
• Creativity - the ability to analyze trends and generate fresh ideas for conference content.
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills (both written and spoken).
• Attention to details - ensuring accuracy in all aspects of event planning and execution. 
• Problem-solving mindset - ability to respond quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary:

The base salary (net) is up to 2000 EUR/month, with possibility to get an additional bonuses based on performance.

Final salary offer depends on candidates experience.

Important:

• The employment contract will be signed with the Lithuanian company Delfi, JSC, and all employment-related taxes will be paid in Latvia.
• The position is temporary (maternity cover)
