Product Owner

We are looking for a person with a hands-on approach and willingness to contribute to all required tasks. A skillful and dynamic person, someone who takes ownership of their deliverables, experienced working with agile software development, multiple stakeholders at various levels and ideally with previous experience with complex and large-scale systems.

What you will be doing:

• Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
• Translate business needs into user stories and clear acceptance criteria in the product backlog;
• Collaborate with Product Manager and development team (software engineers,QA, UX/UI designers) to ensure timely and quality delivery of features;
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and development team;
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings;
• Report progress and support long-term planning, releasing and roadmapping
• Continuously assess product performance and user feedback to refine product features and enhancements;

You are a good match if you have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in software development projects, with focus on OTT and VOD applications across multiple platforms;
• Knowledge of how OTT platforms function, including video streaming technologies, Ads strategy, content delivery networks (CDNs), and adaptive bitrate streaming.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework;
• Experience working closely with development teams, testers, UX/UI designers and stakeholders;
• Ability to write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken).
