#96 - Outlook Mobile Technical Support Specialist - Turkish Speaking

One of our clients; an American multinational technology company, is in search of a Technical Support Specialist.

Global Enterprise client is in search of a self-driven Turkish-speaking technical support agent with proven work experience and can effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical problems. Freelancers will have excellent reading and writing skills in English and Turkish. Freelancers must be available to begin work immediately.

Responsibilities:

• The agent will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:
• Provide quality support for Microsoft product with relevant troubleshooting and timely updates to customers
• Maintain multiple virtual machines for use with testing relevant versions of the application on various iOS/Android environments.
• Identify reproducible issues and file bug reports to include concise yet detailed information about the issue following the team’s bug reporting procedure
• Stay informed of the latest application builds (versions, changes, features)
• Effectively communicate and cooperate in a multicultural environment on a distributed team

Freelancer must have:

• Solid background in providing solutions to IT tickets, which come in through emails/chat
• Prior experience solving complex problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• Strong time-management skills
• Preferably, already have experience using virtualization software (Parallels, VMWare or VirtualBox)
• AniOS and/or Android device capable of running the latest version of Outlook Mobile
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Device Requirements (a live verification will be conducted to ensure the following requirements are met prior to the start of the engagement):
• Must have either:
• A PC or Laptop with the latest build of Windows 10 Operating (Preferably Windows 10 Professional) system and latest operating system updates installed. (Note: Agents must upgrade to the latest generally available Windows operating system within 2 months of availability.)
• A Mac Desktop (Mini, Pro, etc) or Laptop with either of the latest two MacOS operating systems (Big Sur, Catalina), including latest operating system updates installed.
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed
• Direct network connections or secured password protected wireless connection. Performing work over an open wireless network connection is NOT allowed.
• A webcam and microphone (for identification purposes)
• Minimum 4 GB RAM (8 GB or higher recommended)
• Intel processor or AMD/Apple Silicon equivalent
• At least 20GB of HDD space
• Must have either:
• An Android phone or tablet device running Android 5.1 or higher with at least 1GB of RAM and 2GB of free space available. Device must not be rooted.
• An iPhone or iPad device running the newest two major versions of iOS with at least 2GB of free space available. Device must not be jailbroken.
