About the role: Logistics Software Product Manager

We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining marketing strategies, ensuring strategic product positioning, and combining different product modules into cohesive offerings for our logistics software solutions. You will work closely with the Logistics Product Director and cross-functional teams to align product strategies with the company’s overall goals, maximize customer value, and navigate an ever-evolving market.

Position located at: Libadiye Office

This position will

• Define and maintain product roadmaps that align with our company’s strategic objectives, focusing on logistics software solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to guide data-driven decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market and marketing strategies that effectively position our products, increase market share, and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches, seamless integration of modules, and optimal resource utilization.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs, business impact, and strategic direction.
• Track product performance through metrics, analyze results, and implement continuous improvements to maximize product value and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, implement best practices in product management, and foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
• Proficiency in product roadmapping, strategic positioning, and go-to-market planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage complexity, drive innovation, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
