Project Manager

Responsibilities -

• Assist in the end-to-end delivery of Connected Ecosystem projects, e.g. development of new app features, proof of concepts or pilots, new end market launches under different categories or brands
• Provide support to drive continuous improvement of processes around design, development, and testing; to ensure delivery of digital services with value added offerings across different markets.
• Aid in optimising ways of working with different teams and processes, aiming for on-time & in-full delivery of agreed scope
• Help ensure that overall committed deliverables are aligned with roadmaps and priorities
• Assist in managing dependencies across different workstreams, including product innovation backlog and endmarkets rollout plans to ensure alignment and in time delivery of the platform
• Facilitate collaboration with relevant stakeholders and team members in the software development process, including global & local partners and business units (e.g. R&D, legal, insights & foresights, brand marketing, programme management) to drive effective project delivery
• Create visible progress monitoring to report any risks and pro-actively escalate or mitigate in order to manage and ensure flawless delivery of projects
• Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements which will be most beneficial to the end-consumer
• Providing input to and/or assist in compliance with agreed best practices in DBS marketing and internal functions
• Identifying and raising issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans
• Understanding the overall end-to-end project delivery in an agile environment from design to deployment phase
• Remove blockers in each phase by ensuring right collaboration, pro-active follow-up with all parties involved, create clear actions plans and ownerships, prevent escalations from happening or ensure visibility and involve relevant stakeholders that can support smooth delivery and ensures obstacles are overcome
• Overseeing implementation of solutions — checking against the initial requirements, costs and timings
• Contributing to Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retro, demo, PI planning) and pro-actively optimise ways-of working

Required Skills -

• Proven track record in supporting complex projects/programs in digital marketing/product management, involving multiple partners in different time zones
• Proven track of experience in managing different projects simultaneously being in the different stage
• Experience to lead teams in many remote locations and from different cultures
• Proven track in management complex project incl. Hardware, software, IOT platform and D2C Marketing platforms i.e eCommerce, CRM, Customer Care system
• Significant business and technology experience with global product management and market roll-outs
• Experience in regulated industries and/or FMCG
• Experience in complex modern and new disruptive technologies Experience in complex organisation on a global scale

Preferred Skills -

• Knowledge/understanding of eCommerce, CRM, CMS, Azure Services, connected products (iOT)
