You’ll coordinate between the creative teams and client services, assigning tasks, managing timelines, and keeping everything on track. Your mission will be to guarantee the timely, high-quality, and budget-friendly delivery of each project. Krzysiek Bajkowski (Process & Traffic Leader)Close collaboration: Process, Creative and Production TeamsPosition level: Specialist ✨ What You’ll Do: Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, ensure tasks are assigned appropriately, and facilitate smooth communication between creative teams, suppliers, and internal departments. Resource Management: Balance budgets, time, and resources to maximize productivity. Identify areas for skill development and recruitment within the team. Collaboration & Communication: Resolve issues, encourage team collaboration, and implement new tools (including AI) to improve workflow and processes. Quality Control: Ensure each project meets our high standards of quality, analyzing data to identify improvements and optimize our creative processes. Reporting: Provide regular reports on resource use, project progress, and efficiency, offering insights and suggestions for better outcomes. Professional Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously learning about best practices in project management and new technologies (AI). 🛠 Tools We Use: Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, MS Office 🔑 What You Need to Succeed: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency environment. Strong proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Superb organizational abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Ability to effectively manage resources and ensure optimal productivity. Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and conflicts.
