Business Intelligence Analyst

The Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function will further accelerate SEBs deployment of advanced financial crime prevention capabilities to continuously meet regulatory expectations and to become a leader in fighting financial crime. Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) function encompasses the areas of Fraud Prevention, AML transaction monitoring, sanctions and PEP screening, market surveillance and rogue trading. It is evident that fighting financial crime need to have an intelligence-led and data-driven approach where advanced data and analytics techniques will be core components of our FCP effort.

As such we are expanding FCP AI, Analytics and Automation team and we are now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join us.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivering value with data analysis across multiple FCP areas.
• Acting as a bridge and speaking partner between business and IT. translating business needs into BI-deliverables.
• Assisting the Product Owner in driving different projects.
• Accelerating the process of allowing others to explore and analyse data.
  
  

Job Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in quantitative topics such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or quantitative finance/economics.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Basic SQL competencies.
• Fluency in English language (spoken and written).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data visualization or similar roles.
• Ability to describe complex material simply and clearly.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate well with other people.
• Nice to have: experience in banking sector/advanced SQL knowledge/programming skills in Python/Google Cloud experience.
