One of Massachusetts longest standing professional services firms are looking to bring on board a Chief Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join their team as they look to grow out their Agile environment.

The role provides you with the perfect opportunity to work for a well-established firm who have grown significantly in the past 5 years as a result of sustained strong financial performance. The firm have been in business for over 100 years and are one of the most well-recognized firms in the state.

You will be responsible for managing a team of Scrum Masters whilst also maintain a hands-on responsibility in the firms Agile projects.

Key requirements for the role:

• Experience managing a team of Scrum Masters
• Hands-on Agile project experience
• Financial Services Experience (preferred, not essential)
• Stakeholder Management
