Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and take responsibility for driving product success. In this role, you will define strategies, oversee roadmaps, and ensure alignment with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product management, strong leadership capabilities, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and contribute to the long-term growth and direction of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Create and manage product strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational priorities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document user requirements and feedback
Lead product development initiatives from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Promote collaboration among teams such as Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to achieve product goals
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Assess business workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions
Coordinate product launches, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement
Ensure scalability and widespread adoption of product solutions within the organization
Drive change management efforts, including training and onboarding for new product features
Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

Requirements

A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on product management
At least 2 years of experience in leadership roles such as Manager, Coordinator, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environments
Proven ability to lead teams of 20 or more, with a history of successfully guiding and motivating team members
Experience across at least five full project lifecycles or in launching a product or significant feature to the market
Practical experience with Salesforce, including requirements gathering, managing configurations, and optimizing usage for scalability and adoption
Ability to define product roadmaps, document functional specifications, and deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs
Strong skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment
Analytical expertise to evaluate workflows, identify gaps, and propose solutions that enhance business outcomes
Experience managing organizational change and delivering training resources to facilitate adoption and productivity
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have

Certifications in product management, such as CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent qualifications
Familiarity with modern tools and technologies that enhance product development and management processes
Experience developing strategies for managing multi-product portfolios or ecosystems
