Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our products. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in product management, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions and help shape the future direction of our offerings.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product strategies and roadmaps to align with organizational goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document user requirements
Lead product development efforts from ideation to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams such as Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations
Monitor market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions
Manage product launches, including developing communication plans and coordinating with stakeholders
Ensure scalability and adoption of product solutions across the organization
Facilitate change management initiatives, including training and onboarding for new product features
Track product performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in IT, with significant expertise in product management
Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Coordinator, or Architect in Agile or hybrid environments
Proven experience leading teams of 20 or more employees, with demonstrated success in motivating and guiding teams
Participation in at least five full-cycle projects or experience launching a product or major capability to the market
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including requirements development, configuration management, and optimization for scalability and adoption
Strong ability to define and execute product roadmaps, document functional specifications, and deliver impactful solutions
Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless integration across departments
Analytical skills to evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and propose solutions that drive business outcomes
Experience managing change and providing training resources to increase adoption and productivity
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have

Certifications in product management, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Pragmatic Institute certifications
Familiarity with emerging technologies and tools that enhance product development and management processes
Experience in developing strategies for multi-product ecosystems or portfolios
