Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of driving product success. In this position, you will be responsible for shaping product strategies, managing roadmaps, and ensuring they align with business objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product management, strong leadership skills, and excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You will work closely with various teams to deliver impactful solutions and contribute to the long-term growth and vision of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee product strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational objectives
Partner with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document user needs and requirements
Manage product development efforts from concept to delivery, ensuring exceptional results
Foster collaboration across teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to identify areas for product enhancement
Evaluate business processes and workflows to uncover inefficiencies and deliver innovative solutions
Coordinate product launches, including communication planning and stakeholder alignment
Ensure product scalability and adoption across the organization
Lead change management initiatives, including training and onboarding to support new product features
Monitor product performance metrics and share updates with leadership

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in IT, with specialized expertise in product management
A minimum of 2 years in leadership roles such as Manager, Coordinator, or Architect within Agile or hybrid environments
Proven ability to lead teams of 20 or more, with a track record of motivating and guiding team members effectively
Experience with at least five full-cycle projects or successfully launching a product or major feature to market
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including requirements gathering, configuration management, and optimization for adoption and scalability
Demonstrated ability to create and execute product roadmaps, document functional requirements, and deliver high-impact results
Strong collaboration skills for partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments
Analytical expertise to assess business workflows, identify gaps, and develop solutions that drive value
Experience managing organizational change and providing training resources to enhance adoption and productivity
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, at a C1 level or higher

Nice to have

Certifications in product management, such as CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, or similar credentials
Experience with emerging tools and technologies that improve product development and management processes
Expertise in creating strategies for multi-product ecosystems or portfolios
