About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Products Manager to drive innovation, streamline processes, and align products with our business objectives. Join us in shaping the future of digital solutions!

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the discovery process, collaborating with Design, Technology, and Business teams to identify user needs, validate hypotheses, and define value-driven solutions.
• Understand customer needs and transform them into great user experiences.
• Carry out/Lead continuous developments that impact the main KPIs of the product and OKRs of the company.
• Guarantee a successful delivery and the adoption of new functionalities by users.
• Facilitate regular meetings and updates of the product portfolio with stakeholders to provide transparency on progress and gather feedback.
• Understand technical aspects of the product, including software architecture, APIs, and integration points.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Digital Products Manager in technology companies.
• Experience in developing and launching customer-facing products.
• Strong experience working in agile frameworks with multi-functional roles Tech, UX-UI, QA, SM.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making using tools Google Analytics, Power Bi, Looker, Amplitude.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss software architecture, APIs, and development methodologies.
• Excellent portfolio management skills, with experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for technology and digital products.
