WHAT WE DO

We are set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:

• Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation, and IT/business consultancy;
• User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
• Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, and Python.
• Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.
• Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting, and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.

You will have an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced and constantly growing team. Your first project in Avalanche Labs will be in the Banking sector.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. Your first project will be within the banking industry, where you will play a key role in shaping solutions and delivering results.

DO YOU HAVE...

🚀 At least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst

🚀 Experience in the banking domain, end-to-end processes, and loan management systems, ideally with lending products

🚀 Proficient in writing detailed, well-structured, and scalable documentation

🚀 Experienced in mapping and designing processes using visualization and BPMN modeling tools

🚀 Previous involvement in testing and supporting system go-live activities

🚀 Fluency in English

🚨 Experience with Oracle Flexcube

ARE YOU WILLING TO...

🔸 Participate in new product development life sessions, summarize outcomes, and convert them into clear requirements for development

🔸 Gather requirements from business and IT stakeholders and resolve any open items after the life sessions

🔸 Utilize your knowledge of lending products and end-to-end processes, along with experience in loan management systems, to provide valuable insights.

🔸 Document large-scale requirements and structure all information in a logical and organized manner

🔸 Collaborate with the current loan management system owner to design a map of current processes vs. future processes for loan servicing in Flexcube

🔸 Support the development team and testers during test executions, as well as product owners during the new system launch.
