The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead is a pivotal role within the Architecture & Strategy team, reporting directly to the Architecture & Strategy Senior Manager. This position is responsible for shaping and driving the organization's cloud strategy, ensuring the design and implementation of robust cloud architectures, leading cloud migration program at larger scale demonstrating business values, advocating for security and safety of cloud services and managing the financial aspects of cloud adoption.

The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead will play a critical role in designing and managing cloud landing zones, building financial models for cloud services, and providing technical leadership across various architecture responsibilities. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.


Key activities for this role Involve in building and maintain cloud architecture practice that include:

• Architecture Work: The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead will develop and maintain Cloud Architecture including (Design Package for Infrastructure, Current & Target state architecture, Cloud Security Models, Reference Models, Principles, Procedures, Manuals, Templates) to guide the design and implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring consistency and best practices across the organization.

• Financial Management: This role involves building and maintaining financial models for cloud services, optimizing costs, and ensuring budget adherence. The architect will also provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Strategic Planning: The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead will contribute to the organization's strategic planning by aligning cloud initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation, and driving the long-term vision for cloud adoption.

• Infrastructure Design and Optimization: The architect will design and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure it meets performance, scalability, and security requirements. This includes evaluating and implementing best practices for infrastructure management and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud environments

• Configuration & Resources: The Technology & Cloud Architect Lead will design and optimize cloud resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization to meet organizational needs, with the supporting guidelines and details for this aspect, and also building a complete Guidelines/ Manuals configuring cloud environments to ensure they are secure, scalable, and aligned with best practices

• DevOps & Cloud Native Services: This role involves designing the activation of cloud-native services to build and deploy applications that are resilient, scalable, and cost-effective, also will implement DevOps practices to streamline development and operations, promoting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

• Promoting & Change Management: The architect will oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions to cloud environments, minimizing disruptions and ensuring stakeholder buy-in, also advocating for cloud adoption within the organization, demonstrating the benefits of cloud solutions, and driving change management initiatives.


Education and Exp -


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure services (Storage, database, compute, etc.)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Min of 5~6 years of relevant experience in cloud architecture

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


Certification -


• Certified in Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect

• Certified in TOGAF foundation 9.2 or higher

• Certified in DevOps or relevant

• Certified in IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3)

• Certified ArchiMate 3.0

• Certifications in project management, DevOps, or other relevant areas may also be preferred.

• VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV) (VMware)

• ITIL V4 Advanced

• Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) .
