About The Job

The HR Digitalisation Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR Digitalisation Project Director by ensuring effective coordination of the Job Architecture & Skills Architecture project activities and contributing to data-driven decision-making. This position is instrumental in maintaining high-quality job & skill data, enhancing our digital HR processes, supporting our evolution towards skill-based HR practices and facilitating smooth communication across various stakeholders. The role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex information in a clear and professional manner.

Job has an activity rate of 100% (possibility of part time down to 80%) and is preferably based in Paris (France) or Warsaw (Poland) with the flexibility to work following a hybrid model according to the Danone local policy in place.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job & Skill Architecture Project Coordination and Presentation Preparation
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project-related activities (Job Architecture, Skills Architecture etc.).
  • Develop and edit presentation materials (for Training, project SteerCo meetings etc.), ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the ongoing projects.
  • Track progress and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Data Audits and HR System Reviews
  • Perform regular job family, job subfamily, job category, skills data quality audits, ensuring compliance with internal framework & guidelines.
  • Support reviews of the job and skill architecture referentials, providing insights to refine model design and coordinate with the data board members.
  • Collaborate with local HR teams or global function teams to validate job architecture or skill data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support decision-making and project reporting.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a background in HR, data analysis, or project management, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience preferably in a multinational corporate environment. They should have a proven ability to manage administrative tasks, perform data audits, and create impactful presentations. Experience working with HR systems, handling data quality initiatives, or participating in digital transformation projects is highly desirable.

The individual should exhibit a methodical and conscientious approach, demonstrating a natural preference for precision, collaboration, and structured processes. They should thrive in a supportive role, bringing a proactive mindset to anticipate project needs and a readiness to adapt to evolving priorities.
