Project Manager – Industrial Pharmaceutical Sector

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the industrial pharmaceutical sector. If you have experience in managing manufacturing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, this is the right opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate manufacturing and production projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other industrial standards.
• Manage and optimize production processes and capacity.
• Collaborate with teams across production, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
• Support technology transfer and process scaling.
• Oversee the validation of new processes, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in project management in the industrial pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA and other relevant industrial standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Agile methodologies).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
