Odoo Developer

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to enhance business processes across various industries. This role requires a technically skilled problem-solver who can build, optimize, and maintain scalable Odoo solutions while ensuring seamless integrations with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet business requirements.
• Optimize database structure and write efficient, reusable code for seamless performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing Odoo applications and implement fixes.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and automated workflows within Odoo.

Integration & API Management

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, payment gateways, and external APIs.
• Implement and manage Odoo web services (RESTful APIs, XML-RPC).
• Ensure smooth data migration and synchronization between Odoo and external systems.

System Optimization & Maintenance

• Optimize Odoo performance by fine-tuning database queries and caching strategies.
• Monitor server health, security vulnerabilities, and implement necessary patches.
• Maintain proper documentation for code changes, system configurations, and workflows.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly Odoo interfaces.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and train stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Odoo development, customization, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and payment gateways.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, Git version control, and Docker (a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 6,000 AED (based on experience and skills).
• We provide medical insurance as per UAE law, visa sponsorship, training, support, and additional benefits (subject to the applicant).

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, on-site position. No remote or hybrid work options are available. Candidates must be willing to work from the designated office location as required.
