What Will You Be Working On

In this role, you will :

  • Support HR IT transformation projects, HR process modernisation, and HR digitalisation efforts to enhance employee experience and improve HR delivery efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to support project execution, track progress, identify potential risks, and ensure smooth implementation of HR technology initiatives.
  • Serves as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the system upgrade project team, facilitating clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Monitor and report on project milestones, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to prepare and review project reports, status updates, and presentations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of information to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date.
  • Work closely with the change management team and functional team to support smooth transition to the new system and to ensure user adoption.

What Are We Looking For

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and attention to details.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve project outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all level and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or other HR technology platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of change management practices and principles is a plus.

The seniority of appointment and actual corporate job title will commensurate with individual work experiences.

Position is on a 1-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of CPF Board.
