Systems Analyst (Fintech/CFD)

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, friendly, and driven colleague to fill the position of Systems Analyst in Fintech/CFD.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and adjust system settings to tailor the platform experience.
• Perform in-depth analysis of cross system logs to investigate and resolve issues.
• Identify root causes of problems and implement effective solutions.
• Craft clear, accurate, and empathetic communications to address client concerns.
• Document all client interactions and resolutions for compliance and future reference.
• Collaborate with IT and trading teams to implement system enhancements and resolve technical issues.
• Develop user guides and training materials as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Bank systems analysis or Fintech back-office operations within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of CFD platforms, financial instruments, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience in drafting professional responses to client inquiries and complaints.
• Proficiency in analyzing system logs and using analytical tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Familiarity with database systems and basic SQL queries is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with professionalism.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
