Key Responsibilities:

• Advise senior management on insights and trends derived from data analysis, offering recommendations for data-driven decision-making across finance, marketing, risk, and hedging functions.
• Prepare and present actionable data insights and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex data into understandable, high-impact reports.
• Leverage a strong understanding of corporate finance, financial markets, trading, marketing, and risk management to contextualize data findings and ensure relevance to business strategy.
• Develop and maintain analytics models, providing insights into customer behavior, trading patterns, and risk exposure.
• Work closely with departments (Marketing, Risk, Finance, Operations) to understand business objectives and deliver tailored data solutions that address key challenges.
• Provide insights into market risks, trading volumes, customer segmentation using data analytics tools.
• Continuously enhance data collection, processing, and reporting mechanisms, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, educating them on how to interpret and leverage data insights for strategic planning and operational optimization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of general business operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and support, ideally financial trading and market dynamics.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel, with experience in financial data modeling.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights to senior leadership and influence business decisions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Experience in developing and delivering executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of the drivers behind financial performance, risk, and marketing effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.

Preference:

• Experience in the fintech or online trading sector.
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics in the financial markets.
