As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in building the future of offshore technology through data-driven solutions.

This role provides you with the opportunity to work on large-scale digital transformation projects within a passionate, driven, and highly technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, delivery, and maintenance of new digital edge and cloud products using NOV’s Industrial IoT platform.
• Work closely with internal product development teams to clarify requirements and deliver robust software solutions.
• Collaborate with the software delivery teams to identify the best approaches to solving tasks and translate them into high-quality software, adhering to industry best practices.
• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing, deployment, and support.
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of experience in backend product software development.
• Strong experience with database management
• Proficiency in backend technologies, including Node.js, GoLang, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful services.
• Familiarity with distributed cloud-based architectures (AWS is a plus) and GitHub with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum methodology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global teams.
