Job Role: RAN BACK OFFICE ENGINEER/Configuration Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Back Office RAN and Transmission L2 Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing Level 2 support for the Back Office operations of our Radio Access Network (RAN). Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of network management systems, supporting network configuration and optimization activities, and troubleshooting complex network issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom operations, particularly in RAN technologies, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Provide Level 2 support for Back Office operations of the Radio Access Network (RAN).

- Transmission and MW link troubleshooting

- MW links configuration and operation handling & NMS visibility

- Monitor and maintain network management systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues escalated from Level 1 support teams.

- Perform routine maintenance and updates on Back Office systems and applications.

- Implement network configurations and changes using network management tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RAN engineers, field technicians, and vendors to resolve network incidents.

- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and network configurations.

- Participate in the on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support when required.

1. Hands on proficiency in the configuration/fault management for following mentioned network elements.
2. Huawei
3. Nokia
4. Ericsson
5. ZTE
6. In-depth understanding and troubleshooting on BSC, RNC, BTS, Nodeb, enodeB, gNB

In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Call Flows
