Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite/ week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver great leadership by engaging and motivating within your area of responsibility to reach out for our vision and strategy.
• Drive and secure continuous alignment and collaboration with SD Tech Lead, Application Owners, Application Provider, SM
• Drive mitigating actions for all technical risks
• Ensure good quality of documentation: registration of assets and technical documentation.
• Preparing reports from JIRA
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Facilitate meetings, prepare materials for meetings and notes after meetings
• Support monitoring and reporting OKR and KPI
• Cooperation with multiple agile teams
  
  

Your Experience And Background

• 3 years of experience in PMO, project coordination
• Good knowledge of JIRA, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, professional, high integrity with a balanced set of values reflecting high ethics.
• Make it happen.
