we are looking for an empathic senior people operations expert (f/m/x) with a pioneering spirit, who wants to help implement and maintain HR processes. As a member of the People and Culture community, you would naturally oversee enspi workforce matters.

organizing the enspis and their data

as part of our handpicked team of experts, you have an integral role in the following topics:

• administrative support, maintaining employee records and documentation,
• supporting the entire employee life cycle, fostering a positive experience at every stage,
• delivering an effective and responsive first-line people services,
• payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes,
• researching and supporting the development, implementation, and running of global people projects,
• internal surveys, to capture valuable insights and feedback to support our employees' well-being, and
• collaboration across departments to support employee engagement.

how you fit into the team

you want to actively participate in the transition to clean energy and

• love to work with people,
• have at least 5 years of experience in people operations,
• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• have a general curiosity about employment regulations, labor law and data protection ideally on an international level
• are open to tailoring your learning journey, focusing on what enspires you most,
• have excellent English language skills, fluent German is a plus,
• impress with your IT skills; experience with various HRMS / HRIS is beneficial,
• are detail-oriented, have great organizational skills, and
• are curious with a good sense of humor.
