We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our ML & Advanced Analytics team, focusing on business Customer Value Management (CVM) projects. In this role, you will design and implement advanced analytics solutions and machine learning models to support strategic business initiatives related to customer engagement, targeting, and personalization. Proficiency in Pega is essential, as the position requires integrating analytics solutions with Pega-based workflows to optimize business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for business CVM initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to understand their goals and provide data-driven solutions that enhance customer interactions and business performance.
- Utilize Pega to design and integrate decisioning workflows that support personalized customer experiences and business processes.
- Build predictive models and deploy analytics solutions for customer segmentation, churn prediction, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of analytics models and Pega-integrated workflows to ensure scalability and impact.
- Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding junior data scientists and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders to align on business goals and actionable strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, machine learning innovations, and analytics best practices to continually improve our CVM capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in data science, solution architecture, or advanced analytics, with a focus on machine learning and CVM.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in Pega and experience implementing Pega-driven solutions for business applications.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques (supervised/unsupervised learning, time series analysis, etc.) and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong experience with data modeling, predictive analytics, and customer data analysis.
- Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant data science tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design for optimizing CVM strategies.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance with data privacy regulations.
