Responsibilities:

• Oversee the project management office (PMO) to ensure projects align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with PMO standards.
