The client is in a phase of rapid growth following a recent funding round, with a strong focus on scaling its B2B payments infrastructure. As part of this expansion, the client is looking to strengthen its payout network across Africa and beyond, requiring additional high-performing engineering talent to support its vision.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in designing and implementing scalable, robust, and distributed solutions with 5+ years of expertise in Go
• Proficient in performance optimization, queuing, caching, persistence, and concurrency techniques
• Skilled in designing solutions on paper, including writing RFCs and clearly articulating thoughts, with a strong ability to see the bigger picture
• Experienced in designing new customer-facing REST APIs while ensuring API contracts remain stable and reliable
• Adept at maintaining scalability and flexibility, ensuring efficient knowledge transfer, development ownership, and smooth collaboration with teams in London and Africa
• Confident in clear communication in English, both verbally and in writing, essential for managing upstream providers' APIs and overseeing the integration phase
