About the Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the project team, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Your role will involve scheduling, managing documents, coordinating suppliers, and keeping communication flowing between teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Helping to plan and schedule projects
- Communicating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Keeping project documents and reports up to date
- Tracking materials, deliveries, and procurement
- Coordinating site logistics and ensuring everything stays on track
- Identifying and solving any issues that may arise
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, or Construction Coordinator
- Background in construction, fit-out, or design & build projects
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- Great communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
