As a preferred supplier to one of our biggest financial organisations, I am seeking for a Project Manager for a 8 months+ contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role is to oversee and manage four streams within the Recovery Program, ensuring adherence to regulatory timelines and integrated governance of shared objectives. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the coordination and delivery of multiple projects, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and implementing effective project management methodologies to meet program goals.

Experience:

o You have a proven track record in successfully realizing complex (Agile) change initiatives

o You have strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

o You have solid organizational skills

o You have excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

o You have experience being a sparring partner for senior management and a natural (informal) leader. Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in the banking sector.

o You have broad business knowledge and are able to translate this into governance, data, processes, organization and technology.

o You work and reason at a university level and have more than five years’ experience

o You have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

o You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

o You are familiar with project methodologies such as Scrum, PMP, PRINCE II and IPMA.
