Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the Enterprise Technology Solutions division. This role is responsible for overseeing the technical strategy, development, and delivery of scalable, resilient, and innovative enterprise technology solutions across the organization’s technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the technology roadmap for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s digital transformation objectives.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise technology solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Innovation & Modernization: Drive the adoption of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, API-based architectures, blockchain, and AI to enhance enterprise systems.
• Technology Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks, including security, resilience, and data privacy requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to optimize enterprise solutions and enhance customer experience.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing engineering and delivery team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and excellence.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Leadership Experience: 15+ years in enterprise technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale technology platforms.
• Deep Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of real-time data processing, cross-system integrations, API-driven architectures, cloud-native infrastructures, and modern software development practices.
• Delivery & Execution: Hands-on experience leading large technology transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions.
• Collaboration & Influence: Strong stakeholder engagement skills, capable of driving consensus and alignment across diverse teams.
