MX Administrative Marketing Project Coordinator

Role And Responsibilities

• Managing Assets: gathering, localizations, approval with legal team and HQ, sharing with agencies and partners, checking buyout deadlines. Providing of all needed assets for different products, campaigns, assets downloading from file sharing systems.
• Support marketing project managers, creative agencies and partners with the latest information about available assets and timelines
• Cooperate with PR, media and Creative agencies for texts localisations and visual materials preparation
• Communicating closely with Key Account Managers on partner’s campaign progress, collecting evidence of campaign implementation with screenshots of Web pages and other channels for reporting (PPT and Excel format)
• Being responsible for marketing campaigns toolkits preparation
• Responsible for brand guidelines. Align all campaign visuals and submit visuals to the brand visual identity system
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management, involving system management, preferably with Sales & Marketing background or Higher education in marketing, communication or related field
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time
• Fluency in English and Latvian
• Organized and structured personality
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
• Open minded, positive and independent personality
