Your Mission Will Be:

• Design and define the scope, objectives, timeline, and resources required for IT projects to ensure successful execution;
• Ensure effective coordination of work teams by monitoring progress, providing support, and motivating members to achieve objectives;
• Work on identifying potential risks that could impact the project and develop mitigation plans to manage these threats;
• Assess the company's software needs and propose IT solutions/projects that align with business requirements and strategic goals.

You Will Need:

• Proven experience with at least 5+ years as a Project Manager, leading IT projects and teams effectively;
• Strong knowledge of software development technologies and practices, including programming languages and databases, to communicate effectively with technical teams;
• Proven experience in using agile project management tools;
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar platforms;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit, and fluency in Portuguese.

Would Be Awesome If You Have:

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related;
• Minimum English proficiency of B2 level.
