HR Generalist

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a dynamic and skilled HR Generalist who is ready to take on multiple challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various HR operations and projects across our Belgium office. You will work closely with different stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of HR processes while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
• Oversee HR operational tasks, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contracts, benefits, and offboarding).
• Provide expert advice on Belgian employment legislation and HR policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Support and guide managers on HR-related topics, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Handle employee relations matters, ensuring professional and effective conflict resolution.
• Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
