Project Managers for Hyperscale Data Centre Projects across Sweden, Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands

We are seeking seasoned Project Managers to join our team on a variety of exciting pre-construction and new-build hyperscale data center projects across Sweden, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. You'll be part of a highly skilled and culturally diverse team, driving project success while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead On-Site Activities: Oversee project operations on-site, ensuring timely progress and strict adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate Snagging Activities: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage snagging processes, schedules, and partner engagement.
• Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues early and work with your team to implement effective solutions.
• Implement Project Processes: Establish and monitor project procedures, working closely with clients to enhance and improve processes.
• Facilitate Communication: Lead and participate in key project meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure Best Practices: Uphold project procedures and apply industry best practices at every stage of the project.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in project management within data center construction projects.
• Certification: Possess a project management certification or be willing to work towards one (support is available).
• Education: Degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, processes, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a knack for building relationships based on openness and shared objectives.
