JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MLOps Data Engineer to join our team at Swift in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for develop and maintain a platform that automates creating, training, deploying and updating machine learning models for our users. As a MLOps engineer, you will work closely with data scientists to develop, retrain, deploy and monitor ML models. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in CI/CD, ML pipeline automation, with experience working with AI platforms and containerized infrastructure. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have excellent problem solving skills. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work with the Product Owner and Squad members to focus on streaming the process of taking ML models to production and then maintaining and monitoring them. You will drive and lead solutions from conceptualization to realization, i.e. Design, Development, Test/Qualify, Deploy and Support / Maintain You will prepare specifications, codes, tests, deliverables, acceptance criteria, time frames, and etc. You will develop and maintain technical documentation and prepare and give presentations to customers on systems. You will prepare and study the technical feasibility and estimates of the proposed systems solutions.

COMPETENCY PROFILE

• Have strong and solid experience in Python Programming language and frameworks.

• Professional in ML Operationalization, including workflow/model management platforms such as Mlflow, KubeFlow, Kedro, Airflow

• Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB) including data modelling.

• Strong collaboration as well as verbal and written communication

• Experience with scripting language primarily in Unix Shell and RHEL command usage

• Experience in Kubernetes and RedHat OpenShift is a plus.

• Experience in continuous integration/delivery build environment: GIT/BitBucket , Jenkins/Cloudbees, Ansible Tower, coverage and static/dynamic code analysis tools, Confluence, Jira, Service Now and Nexus.
