Client Description

Adecco is hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Digital Transformation Consultant on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to design and implement digitalization roadmaps, leveraging AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies to drive business transformation.

Responsibilities

✔ Develop and execute digital transformation strategies tailored to enterprise clients

✔ Optimize asset financing operations using AI and industry-specific solutions

✔ Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning digital initiatives with business goals

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies

Candidate Profile

✔ 4-6 years in management consulting with a strong background in financial services or asset financing

✔ Proven expertise in digital transformation, AI, and data-driven decision-making

✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Technology

✔ German language is a plus
