About the Role

As part of our expanding Transformation Office, we are seeking an additional Business Analyst to support our growing portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling data-driven decisions, supporting transformation efforts, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with project stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify process gaps, and implement change.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, interpret, and analyze operational and financial data to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Support project planning, monitoring, and risk analysis for transformation initiatives
• Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports using analytics tools
• Develop and update process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Benchmark internal processes against best practices and recommend optimization strategies
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with PMO standards and business goals
• Ensure that safety, regulatory, and environmental standards are factored into business recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field
• Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Process Modelling, or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are preferred

Experience and Skills Required

• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., business analyst, transformation analyst, operations analyst)
• Strong skills in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with PMO tools and process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external consultants or vendors
