C++ Software Engineer

We are working with a lesser-known high-frequency trading firm based out of New York City who is looking for a C++ Software Engineer to join their team. They have tripled their profits in the last year and their aim is to continue that success into the coming years.

They are willing to wait all non competes up to two years.

Role:

Scale and optimize trading systems

Collaborating with quant research and trading teams to enhance profitability

Developing low latency and exchange gateway connectivity

Essential Skills:

Bachelors in Computer Science/ Statistics/ Mathematics etc.

Experience with C/C++

Familiarity with distributed systems and infrastructure development

Previous examples of competitive edge (high placed hackathon, awards, academic excellence, etc.)

Beneficial Skills:

Masters/PhD in STEM related subjects

Knowledge of Python

Work experience with a disruptor, startup, or trading enterprise

Comp:

Base salary $250-350k with an annual guaranteed bonus which will bring you into 7 figures.
