Vice President of Software Engineering

The Role

We’re hiring a VP of Engineering to lead and scale our AI, full-stack, and data teams. You’ll be one of the first senior leadership hires, shaping the company’s technical direction, delivery quality, and team culture.

This is a hybrid role in New York (4 days in office) with high ownership and direct impact on both customers and company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams
• Set technical standards and best practices
• Oversee architecture and system design
• Ensure high-quality, on-time project delivery
• Build scalable, reusable frameworks
• Improve development processes end to end

Who You Are

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years leading engineering teams or pods
• Strong technical depth across backend or full stack
• Experience delivering complex, customer-facing projects
• Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments

Compensation

Up to $250,000+, based on experience
