Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer to work remotely for a large CPG company. This designer will join the commercial technology team and focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile and web applications. These applications support the tracking of products from warehouses to stores, with two main areas of focus: route management and retail execution. The primary responsibility for this role will be designing UI/UX solutions for retail execution, providing users with information to optimize product sales and business operations. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create user-centric interfaces that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, conducting user research, journey mapping, empathy mapping, usability testing, and A/B testing to identify the best user experiences. Additionally, the designer will present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, work with developers to ensure seamless implementation, and maintain and enhance design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency. Pay is around 50-55/hr.

Skills And Requirements

•  5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web applications.
•  Expertise in Figma and other similar design tools.
•  Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), UX research, and usability principles.
•  Familiarity with HTML, CSS, SCSS, and front-end frameworks.
•  Ability to translate business needs into visually appealing, functional designs.
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•  Experience with the Google Material Design system. null
