Marketing Communications Project Manager - Emirati Applicants
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager specializing in Marketing and Communications to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. This role requires a combination of strong project management skills and an in-depth understanding of marketing and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing and communication projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, product, PR) and external agencies to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing and communication projects adhere to brand guidelines and corporate messaging standards.
- Coordinate the production of marketing assets, such as social media content, press releases, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to ensure successful project delivery.
- Track and measure the success of campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between all departments involved in the project to ensure clarity and smooth execution.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality deliverables from external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in project management within a marketing or communication environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing campaigns or communication projects.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and communications best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Skills and Competencies
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines efficiently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media, and content management systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
- Familiarity with public relations and corporate communication strategies.
- Knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
