Senior Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Operations Specialist based in Luxembourg!

Do you have solid experience in operations within the finance, fintech, or ideally, crypto sectors? Are you passionate about tackling challenges, optimizing processes, and managing teams in a dynamic, international environment?

What we are looking for:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations within the financial, fintech, or crypto sector.
• Previous experience in team management.
• Knowledge of procedure writing and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SQL is a plus.
• Fluent English required; French is essential, German is an asset.
• Strong interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is highly appreciated.

Your Responsibilities:

• Team management.
• Daily operations tasks.
• Coordinate with the Operations team in other locations to ensure seamless support for European activities.
• Support the on-boarding process for European customers.
• Manage customer communication.
• Perform and ensure all operational tasks related to European customers are done in a timely manner.
• Identify and escalate issues reported by or related to European customers.
• Manage the customer relationships with all customers for European operations.
• Help customers get the most value out of the service.
• Support in projects by providing an operations specialist’s point of view.
• expertise.
