The Project Manager will be responsible for the definition, coordination, and execution of AI projects.

Responsabilities

  • Define and oversee the AI program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Manage AI program artefacts, including the program charter, schedule, deliverables, risks, and change log.
  • Assist leaders in the implementation of AI program activities.
  • Identify necessary services to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Coordination and review of activities deliverables and reports.
  • Support to services and activities on Data and Innovation in the sector
  • Reporting to relevant structures.

Technical skills:

  • Proficient in Atlassian (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in business and technical presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent technical writing and documentation skills
  • Effective communication and participation in technical meetings
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and issue escalation abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a stakeholder-focused approach
  • Team-oriented with leadership capabilities, even under pressure

Profile :

  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT or related field
  • 5+ years in project planning, coordination, and agile processes
  • Expertise in CRM practices and tools
  • Skilled in stakeholder mapping and adoption dashboards
  • Experience in program/project methodologies and risk management
  • Proficient in KPI tracking and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of data quality and analysis (a plus)
  • Experienced in awareness programs and training
