We are looking for an exceptional, highly analytical, intellectually curious, organized self-starter and excellent communicator, to join our Fresh team as Senior Product Manager (Madrid or Milan-based).
You are passionate about working backwards from the customer mixing strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and ability to work effectively across teams.
You will own, oversee and execute strategic, cross-functional projects, strategy updates and internal tool implementations. You will drive functional teams tasks and decision making with your detailed data insights, while maintaining a strong customer focus.
This position will be responsible for leading retail focused experimentation, cross-banner convergence and strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will be strongly analytical, data driven with proven track record of driving cross-functional and -organizational projects, process improvements and delivering results.
You work with minimal direction and move quickly while delivering high-quality outputs. You will work on overlapping projects, so skill in multi-tasking, juggling competing priorities, and organizing your workload are essential.

Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end analysis including scoping, design, data collection, data analysis, creation of recommendations and presentation of results to senior leadership.
- Owning end-to-end strategic/high-level workstreams, such as Fresh/Core convergence and Value Proposition definition
- Driving complex business analysis that identifies opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability.
- CX Product Roadmap: support BRD definition, track product pipeline, run UAT, decide which CX product to deploy in-country
- Bachelor Degree
- Robust analytical skills
- Significant product/program management experience and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Must be comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Fluency in standard software including Excel, SQL
- Fluent English skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs in a fast paced environment across geographies
- Python/R knowledge is a plus
- Work closely with international product management, and business stakeholders to align resources to priorities and deliver features to customers
- Lead and influence across different organizations and align diverse teams to a common goal
- Experience working in Grocery (either FMCG or Retail), the candidate will have a good understanding of the grocery industry in one or more locales.
- Master Degree in STEM, or MBA
