Overview

The role will be part of the Chief Security Office CTO Cloud and Network Security Risk Portfolio programs. The team is seeking an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting the CSO Cloud and Network Risk Portfolio Manager across all governance and Risk program management activities.

What You’ll Do

• Manage CSO Cloud and Network Security assigned Security Problem Management activities
• Manage CSO Cloud and Network Security Risk Portfolio metrics through the use of Tableau (training of Tableau can be provided)
• Manage Risk related JIRA tickets
• Support all aspects of program and project governance that the Risk program is subject to
• Support CSO Cloud and Network Risk Portfolio Manager with dependency management and escalations
• Support Finding and Action managers with fortnightly / monthly status update reporting
• Support project governance meetings and ensure inputs, outputs and artefacts are produced, distributed and stored for audit purposes across both CSO Cloud and Network Risk related programs.
• Support and maintain project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the program through the use of project management tools, processes and practices
• Support with updating Risk Portfolio tracker with new Actions and Findings as and when identified
• Support and work with CSO Cloud and Network Risk Portfolio Manager to free them up to focus on delivery and improvement aspects of their role
• Provide cover support for Risk Portfolio Manager as and when required

Skills You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience as PMO/Project Manager
• Degree educated from an accredited college or university (or equivalent diploma / work experience)
• Proven ability in building and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly proactive self-starting ethos, strong customer focus, strong work ethic, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Skills That Will Help You Excel

• Experienced working with various level of stakeholders, multi-cultural global teams, spanning multiple time zones.
• Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry
• Proven ability to effectively assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies
• Experience of Tableau (not mandatory)
